• Must be able to read, write and speak English to properly communicate with fellow employee, vendors and clients.
  
• A valid NYS driver’s license
  
• Must be able to lift items that can weigh up to 75 pounds on a daily basis.
  
• Participate in emergency response rotation. Required to be on call for 24 hours, 7 days per week per rotation
  
• Will work outdoors year round and/or in confined spaces
  
• Able to wear a respirator for 4-6 hours per day
  
• Basic knowledge of the construction field
  
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently
  
• Ability to execute our company’s core values and drive our Mission Statement
