As delegated under
RCRA, the EPA is the authority to
control hazardous waste from "cradle-to-grave",
including the generation, transportation,
treatment, storage, and disposal of
hazardous waste. RCRA also set forth
a framework for the management of
non-hazardous wastes. RCRA focuses
only on active and future facilities
and does not address abandoned or
historical sites. These sites are
addressed under the Comprehensive
Environmental Response, Compensation,
and Liability Act (CERCLA), also referred
to as the Superfund Act. Eastern Environmental
Solutions’ has the ability to
perform the construction, decommissioning
and closure of RCRA sites, as well
as investigation and remediation of
CERCLA sites.
Considering our cutting edge technology
and decontamination procedures, we
can minimize waste generation and
decrease the over all time for site
closure. Eastern Environmental Solutions
has the ability to provide these activities
competitively throughout the Eastern
seaboard. |
